Do you want to make a difference in the world? Work to protect human rights in countries such as Darfur, China and Burma? Come join Amnesty International on Tuesdays after school in room 1505. Hope to see you there!
CIA - Christians in Action
Meets on Wednesdays after school in Room 2503. Come for food, fun and fellowship.
Debate Club
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays in Room 1510 at 2:15 p.m. Come learn more about high school debate! Ask questions and dispel misconceptions.
DECCA
PICC Shirts: DECA is selling PICC (Pediatric Interim Care Center) T-shirts. We are selling the shirts to help infants born addicted to drugs. All money goes to donations. Come help out drug-abuse babies to make a difference in a child's life.
Drama Club
Drama Club produces a musical in the spring to compete in the 5th Avevue High School Musical Awards. They also have many theater games and activities to develop and sharpen performance skills.
Film Club
Are you into movies? If you have a fascination with films, you need to come Wednesday. This is a club of, by, and for students, so come and help us define what we will do for the rest of our charter year. Writing? Directing? Filming? Acting? Learn about cinematography? It's all possible. We'll meet in the library at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesdays.
French Club
Meets Thursdays after school in Room 2503. Come enjoy French culture and French treats!
Interact Club
Do you want to help make a positive impact on our world? Interact is the teen division of Rotary International and the Des Moines Rotary is our sponsor. We have both local (Des Moines) and international (Nairobi, Kenya) projects that really help people in need. Come to give service to others and leave with the satisfaction of knowing that you make a difference every day.

Hey Rams! Do you want to make a difference in your community serving others and having fun? Do you need CAS or community service hours? Or just a place for food, fun and friends? Join the Key Club!
Knowledge Bowl
Do you like competing with your mind? Do you want to learn about every subject under the sun? Come join Knowledge Bowl! Increase your knowledge and expand your mind. Wednesdays in Room 2701. We need some new competitors.
Latino Club
Meets every Wednesday at 2:15 in Room 2706. Come and join the Latino Club!
Math Team
Learn more about math, get help in math, play math games, eat food, and - most importantly - have fun! Meetings are after school in Mr. Roths' room 2701 on Fridays. Come to the math team and impress your friends at the lunch table! Check out the Math Team contest.
National Honor Society
Do you have a 3.5 or above GPA? Are you interested in community service and becoming a leader here at Mt. Rainier? Well, join the first National Honor Society meeting of the year!
